    OLEVION PURE - Cleaning Subcontractor Opportunity (East London) OLEVION PURE is onboarding experienced self-employed cleaning subcontractors to deliver residential and short-let cleaning services across Barking, Dagenham, and East London. This partnership operates within a structured operational framework, with defined service scopes, checklists, and photo audit processes. Contractors who demonstrate consistency, reliability, and quality are prioritised for higher-value assignments and pay progression. This opportunity is suited to independent operators who prefer clear standards, predictable workflows, and performance-based progression. Service Responsibilities 1.) Deliver cleaning services in line with defined service scopes and checklists 2.) Upload required before-and-after photos from consistent angles 3.) Manage assignments through a job management platform 4.) Maintain professional standards within client environments 5.) Report conditions that exceed agreed scope through the appropriate procedure before commencing work Essential Requirements • Self-employed status with the right to work in the UK, • Own reliable vehicle for travel between assignments, • Active Public Liability Insurance, • Own professional cleaning equipment and supplies, • Smartphone capable of using the job management app (training will be provided on how to use the company's app), • Ability to follow SOPs, checklists, and audit requirements, • Availability Expectations Benefits: Flexitime Application question(s): • If you arrive at a property and the cleaning required is significantly different from what was listed in the job details, how would you handle the situation?, • How do you ensure your cleaning work meets professional standards before leaving a property?, • If you are delayed or unable to attend an accepted job, what steps would you take?, • What does "professionalism" mean to you when working in a client's home?, • Do you have the legal right to work in the Uk and do you have a valid government-issued ID (passport, BRP, or driving licence)?, • Do you currently have Public Liability Insurance (PLI) or are you willing to obtain it?
