    We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. You will be the face of the new studio. We are looking for creative and talented instructors to be apart of the team. With back-to-back classes available, now is the time to elevate your teaching a premium fitness environment. We are looking for exceptional Reformer Pilates instructors who have a preference for Dynamic Reformer, are passionate about movement, experts in their craft, and thrive in a community-driven setting. Wether you're guiding beginners, refining technique with classical exercises, or leading high-intensity sessions, you will challenge and support members to achieve their best. Duties • Lead group and one-on-one Pilates classes, demonstrating exercises clearly and effectively., • Develop customised programmes based on clients’ fitness levels, goals, and any medical considerations., • Provide personalised feedback and modifications to ensure correct technique and minimise injury risk., • Monitor client progress and adjust programmes accordingly to optimise results., • Educate clients on proper breathing techniques, posture, and core engagement during sessions., • Maintain a clean, organised studio environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and well-maintained., • Foster a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages client retention and engagement., • Keep up-to-date with the latest Pilates practices, industry trends, and health guidelines. Requirements • Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to Pilates movements and injury prevention., • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse clients., • Ability to adapt exercises for clients with varying abilities or medical conditions., • Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple classes daily., • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
