Join a growing national Chartered financial planning business as a Performance Manager working across a regional patch, supporting advisers and business owners to improve performance, drive growth, and embed best practice across the business. This isn’t a pure sales role. It’s about coaching, influencing, and getting the best out of people – particularly those who have been used to running things their own way. You’ll do: • Work closely with advisers to improve performance and drive growth, • Support business planning and help firms scale effectively, • Manage and influence senior stakeholders, including Heads of Office and business owners, • Provide insight and reporting on performance, MI, and key metrics, • Support integration of acquired firms into a wider group structure, • Travel across your region, building strong relationships across multiple offices You’ll bring: • Experience within financial planning / IFA / wealth management, • Strong people management and relationship skills, • The ability to influence and challenge senior individuals, • A commercial mindset with an understanding of growth drivers, • Confidence working with data and performance metrics, • A background in advising, sales management, or operational leadership You’ll get: • £65,000 – £75,000 base + bonus, • Field/Hybrid working, • A high-impact, visible role within a growing business, • Flexibility and autonomy in how you manage your region, • The opportunity to shape and influence multiple firms
