What you’ll be doing As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading a team to safely deliver daily operational targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity and customer service. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve operational KPIs., • Driving a positive culture focused on safety, engagement and continuous improvement., • Monitoring productivity, quality and service levels to ensure customer expectations are exceeded., • Managing staffing levels, performance, attendance and employee development., • Working collaboratively with internal departments to resolve operational challenges., • Supporting process improvements and implementing best practice across the operation., • Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies., • Producing and analysing operational reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. What we’re looking for: You’ll be an enthusiastic people leader with experience supervising warehouse or logistics operations.
