A Legal 500 ranked private client team is looking for an experienced generalist to join its growing team. This isn't about scaling up. It's about adding depth to a team that's already performing exceptionally. You'll work independently across a varied HNW caseload — wills, LPAs, estate planning, probate, trusts, tax matters. The approach is advisory and relationship-focused, not transaction-driven. Some private client teams talk about quality. This one quietly delivers it. Year after year. They regularly outperform much larger practices despite their size. City lawyers move here because of the calibre of work and how the firm actually operates. The culture is collaborative, ethical and genuinely supportive. People stay because they're trusted, developed, and actually enjoy working together. There's real pride in the work, balanced with approachability and a refreshingly human approach. Clients are high-net-worth individuals and families. Relationships are built over generations, not transactions. 4+ PQE Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive. Confident across core private client matters. Exposure to HNW work and trusts is helpful but not essential. Detail-focused, personable, ambitious. You'll work closely with a highly regarded partner and a settled team. There's no capacity to mentor or train, you need to operate completely independently with minimal supervision. Genuine flexibility. Live anywhere across Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, Surrey, London or surrounding areas. Office attendance roughly once a fortnight when needed. A Legal 500 ranked team. Clear progression. High-quality work. A culture that actually matches the marketing. This is rare. A private client team that combines serious technical work with genuine culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
