Role Purpose\n We are on the lookout for an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our senior leadership team and help shape the future of Beech Hall School. In collaboration with the Headteacher, you will drive school improvement, champion excellence in teaching and learning, and ensure that every student is supported to achieve their full potential. \n This influential role encompasses strategic leadership across various domains, including: \n\n • Teaching and learning\n, • Curriculum development\n, • Academic outcomes\n, • Inclusion and pastoral care\n, • Quality assurance\n\n You will also play a pivotal role in developing staff, building leadership capacity, and fostering a positive, collaborative culture where both students and staff can thrive. What You Will Be Doing\n\n • Deputising for the Headteacher and providing strategic leadership as needed.\n, • Driving high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement across the school.\n, • Leading school improvement initiatives through self-evaluation and evidence-based practice.\n, • Monitoring and enhancing the quality of teaching through lesson visits and coaching.\n, • Leading assessment, tracking, and reporting processes to boost academic outcomes.\n, • Developing and embedding an ambitious, inclusive curriculum from Reception to Sixth Form.\n, • Providing strategic oversight of behaviour, attendance, safeguarding, and student wellbeing.\n, • Coaching and mentoring middle leaders to strengthen leadership across the school.\n, • Supporting staff recruitment, performance management, and professional development.\n, • Ensuring the school maintains the highest standards of safeguarding and compliance.\nWhat You Will Bring\n\n, • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a successful track record in senior leadership.\n, • Exceptional knowledge of teaching, learning, curriculum, and assessment.\n, • Experience in driving school improvement and raising student outcomes.\n, • A passion for inspiring, motivating, and developing colleagues through high-quality leadership.\n, • Effective use of data to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.\n, • A commitment to inclusion, student wellbeing, and safeguarding.\n, • Strong relationship-building skills with students, families, staff, and external partners.\nAbout Blenheim Schools\n Blenheim Schools is a growing family of innovative, high-quality independent schools dedicated to enabling outstanding futures for every student.
