Service & Compliance Team Leader \n Location: Wolverhampton, WV11 1XR (Onsite) Salary: £30,000 rising to £32,000 upon successful completion of probation \n About the Role \n Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Service & Compliance Team Leader to oversee statutory servicing and compliance activities across a national estate of more than 350 sites throughout England, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland. \n This role is ideal for someone with experience in compliance, facilities, service administration, or multi-site operations who enjoys analysing data, reviewing reports, managing contractors, and ensuring business-wide compliance standards are maintained. \n Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance & Servicing \n\n • Oversee mandatory servicing and compliance activities across a large multi-site estate.\n, • Review service reports relating to pest control, refrigeration, oven servicing, and other statutory compliance activities.\n, • Identify non-compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are logged and completed.\n, • Maintain accurate records to support audit and compliance requirements.\n, • Track outstanding actions, overdue servicing, and missed visits.\n, • Escalate critical compliance or recurring issues to relevant stakeholders.\n\n Data Analysis & Reporting \n\n • Analyse compliance data to identify trends, risks, and recurring issues.\n, • Produce regular compliance reports and performance updates.\n, • Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations to management.\n, • Utilise Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.\n, • Create clear and professional PowerPoint presentations.\n\n Supplier & Stakeholder Management \n\n • Liaise with external contractors and service providers.\n, • Monitor service standards and contractor performance.\n, • Support site teams with compliance-related queries.\n, • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure actions are completed.\n\n Skills & ExperienceEssential \n\n • Previous experience in a compliance, facilities, administration, operations, or service management role.\n, • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret technical reports.\n, • Strong organisational and workload management skills.\n, • Good Microsoft Excel skills, including data sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.\n, • Confident using PowerPoint to create professional presentations.\n, • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\n, • Ability to work independently and take ownership of compliance activities.\n\n Desirable \n\n • Experience in facilities management or statutory compliance.\n, • Knowledge of servicing requirements relating to refrigeration, catering equipment, or pest control.\n, • Experience managing multi-site operations.\n, • Previous contractor or supplier management experience.\n\n What We're Looking For \n\n • Methodical and highly organised\n, • Strong analytical skills\n, • Proactive approach to risk identification\n, • Comfortable working with large volumes of data and reports\n, • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills\n, • Reliable with a consistent attention to detail\n\n Why Apply? \n\n • Salary progression following probation\n, • Opportunity to support a large national operation\n, • Varied role combining compliance, reporting, analysis, and stakeholder engagement\n, • Stable and growing business environment\n\n Apply Today \n If you have experience in Compliance, Facilities Management, Property Compliance, Service Administration, Operations Coordination, Contractor Management, or Multi-Site Support, we'd love to hear from you. \n Apply now to be considered for this Service & Compliance Team \n
