Detailed job description and main responsibilities The community mental health teams are based at Woodside and comprise of CPNs, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and support workers. The team has introduced a single point of entry of referrals for the older Adult service. The Central Team is one of 3 CMHTs providing services to the Dudley town.
