Experience supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs is an advantage. Strong communication and behaviour management skills. A caring, patient, and flexible approach to supporting children.### Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN. Assist children with their learning, emotional wellbeing, and social development. Support the delivery of EHCP targets in collaboration with teachers and other professionals.
