School hours are typically 8:00am4:00pm, and all candidates are paid weekly.Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:Providing dedicated support to individual pupils, as well as supporting learning across the classroomHelping students develop academically, socially and emotionallyWorking closely with classroom teachers and school staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environmentSupporting behaviour management and encouraging positive social interactionsFollowing school policies relating to safeguarding, behaviour and health and safetyTeaching Assistant Requirements & Attributes:Experience working with children or young people in any capacityA relevant qualification, or willingness to work towards oneStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work during school hours (typically 8:30am3:30pm), Monday to Friday during term timeThis role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference in childrens lives while developing their own skills and experience within education.
