The prospective applicant needs to demonstrate the following: · Mainly responsible in making business run smooth on day to day basis. · Planning work schedules, assigning task and delegates responsibilities. · Handling all correspondence and enquiries relating to accounts, sales and vacancy records. · Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries. · Preparing letters, presentations and reports to Director. · Liaising with staff, suppliers and customers. · Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems. Skills, experience, and qualification required for the role. · Proven experience as a Business Support Manager or similar role. · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial management. · Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. · Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Experience in the similar role for 3 years is desirable.
