Responsibilities: • Be the face of Impress, deliver a world-class experience for every customer., • Meeting the patients and preparing the work area for their procedure., • Cleaning and sterilising dental instruments for the dentist., • Assisting the dentist during patient treatment and digitising their notes., • Taking 3D scans under the dentist’s supervision., • Looking after patient records and related medical notes., • Act as Treatment Coordinator to achieve KPIs and sales targets., • Call and follow-up with customers to drive sales., • Provide our customers with information about Impress oral care products., • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and activities., • Help patients to finance their treatments., • Coordinate with the booking agents and patient care for smooth appointment planning. Requirements: • A valid GDC registration number, • X Ray Certificate will be a plus., • Proven previous dental nursing experience., • Previous experience in the orthodontic industry will be a plus., • Friendly and gentle manner, ability to relate and give absolute care to our patients., • Passionate for helping patients through their journey with impress., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Comprehensive knowledge of all clinical policies and procedures governing teams duties., • Strong knowledge and use of PC and common software applications. What Are We Looking For We are currently seeking a SHEQ Advisor to join our Health & Safety Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day SHEQ audits on site, general health and safety, environmental, quality, and energy management. Key Duties • To perform regular SHEQ site inspections and prepare reports of these inspections., • To stop any unsafe working practices and raise the matter with site management, • To be aware of the Company’s Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality and Energy Management systems and procedures, and to ensure their application as they relate to your area of responsibility., • Assist in the preparation of safety plan format and updates., • Assist the SHEQ Manager in carrying out the 6-monthly review of the SHEQ procedures and forms, and ensure all changes made are incorporated into the SHEQ Management Manual and issued to all manual holders., • Carry out drug and alcohol testing on sites when instructed., • Liaise with HSE, take part in discussions with bodies concerned with accident prevention, and be aware of current recommended Codes of Practice and new safety literature., • To attend safety meetings on site if required., • Prepare and deliver toolbox talks on site if required., • Attend Health & Safety meetings with the SHEQ Manager., • Attend meetings with other company departments if required., • Promote the safe conduct of work generally and distribute health and safety information to all relevant staff and operatives., • Encourage communication between operatives and the SHEQ Department/ Management during toolbox talks and inspection visits to site., • To attend training courses and seminars as required., • To investigate minor site accidents and report as necessary., • Production of method statements and risk assessments, • To carry out such duties which may be ascribed to the post from time to time.
