Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We're building one of the world’s leading fintech companies and are off to a strong start: One of the UK’s most exciting unicorns with a team of over 800 people Among the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK Profitable since 2017 Backed by top investors including Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs Loved by customers with the best reviews in the market (4.9 across 10,000s of reviews on _) So far, we’ve rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards and car finance. We get money into our customers’ hands in minutes instead of days. We’re growing fast, and there’s a lot more to do: we’re going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes. Take ownership: you are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1 Work in small teams of exceptional people: Lendies are relentlessly resourceful. We challenge the status quo to solve problems and find smarter solutions Build the best technology in-house: we use new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting In six years, Lendable has built a profitable, market-leading credit card in the UK. In 2023, we brought that playbook to the US and set an even higher bar. This year the US credit card business scaled rapidly: our run rate grew more than 20x in the last six months. A lot of the work of getting customers through the door is in place. The next stage is about what happens once they’re in: helping them pay on time, giving more credit to the ones who earn it, getting people back on track when they fall behind, and ensuring an intuitive user experience across channels. If you're excited by fintech, lending and scaling products in a fast-moving environment, this role offers real ownership, impact and room to grow. We're hiring a Product Manager to join the product team, and will cover post booking areas including payments, collections, credit limit increases, spend, and the mobile app. No two weeks look the same. One week you might be sizing an opportunity, the next week sitting with the ops team to understand why customers are calling, or putting a rough version of an idea in front of real customers before anyone builds the proper one. We care more about how quickly we learn than how polished the first attempt looks. Running experiments across the customer lifecycle, such as how and when we remind people to pay, what gets them to set up autopay, and how we gamify engagement Working with credit risk and data science on how to apply models to new use cases and opportunities Finding cheap, fast ways to test an idea (a manual process, an email, a script) with AI before committing engineering time to it Gathering customer research to get truthful and unbiased reads Building tools and automations with AI that save time for you, the ops team and the wider business Doing whatever it takes to get something live, including the unglamorous parts like unblocking developers, socializing with legal and compliance, or writing the guide for the ops team Don’t worry if you don’t meet all these criteria. We'd love to talk to any great candidate that is excited, inquisitive, and a go-getter. 1-4 years in product, strategy, analytics, consulting or operations, with some time spent working closely to product or execution teams to deliver value You ask a lot of questions and you're not satisfied until you understand why something is happening You enjoy forming a hypothesis and finding the quickest way to test it, even if the first version is rough You're comfortable with data: you can write SQL or Python and answer your own questions You're already using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor or Codex in your work or side projects, and you want to see how far they go You're happy to pick up the small jobs, understanding that as a lean product team no job is too unworthy of our attention You like days that look different from each other Bonus: experience in lending, payments, fintech or a fast-growing startup Keep in mind: you will not be a fit for this role if you're looking for a well-defined backlog to manage, or you'd rather wait until a problem is fully specified before starting on it. Much of what we work on starts as a loose question with multiple options possible. We want to build the most AI-forward financial services company in the world. PMs here make their own dashboards to answer questions that used to need an analyst, build their own agents and workflows to take care of repetitive work, and ship straightforward changes to production themselves. You don't need to be an expert on day one, but we'll expect you to keep pushing what one person can do. You'll report to the Senior Product Manager for Customer Management, and work most closely with: A developer and design team split across London and Europe, covering frontend and backend A data science team building models specific to the US business A credit risk team A growth team An operations team The team spans our London office, remote engineers in Europe, and our office in Arlington, Virginia, near DC, which you'll visit. No one here is limited to their lane. If you want to pick up credit analysis, prototype a feature or fix something in ops, you will be supported. Work from home Mondays and Fridays, and be in the office Tuesday to Thursday, with lunches prepared by our top-tier in-house chefs Top-tier private health insurance Offsites for the US Cards product and engineering team, and an annual whole-company trip abroad (previously Turkey and France) We respect your time and move quickly: Intro call (remote) - 30 minutes with the hiring manager Take-home exercise (remote) - a practical product challenge in your own time, followed by a video debrief with two members of the product team Final round (in our London office) - typically with the CPO and US Cards MD, Engineering Manager, Head of Product and hiring manager Winning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companies Flexible working: flexible approach tailored to each role. Hybrid roles require three days in-office weekly; fully remote roles include regular opportunities for in-person connection through socials and off-sites Socials & connection: opportunities and events to come together, socialise, and get to know each other beyond the office walls Health coverage: support for your physical and mental wellbeing, including private health cover Retirement & savings: long-term financial wellbeing through retirement savings plans Employee referral programme: earn a competitive bonus when you refer successful new team members Office meals & snacks: enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, plus complimentary lunches prepared by in-house chefs on in-office days at select locations Sustainable commuting: cycle-to-work and electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes available in select locations Please note: The availability and details of specific benefits vary by location and role. We are well-funded, growing fast, and building a company that is changing the market — it will be challenging, fun and exciting. About the Role Strong project management is a key element of client success at RainFocus. Our Project Managers are the driving force behind complex, multi-stakeholder event technology implementations — owning client relationships, leading cross-functional project teams, and ensuring every engagement moves forward with clarity and momentum. This is a pure project management role. You will not be responsible for any platform configuration or technical build work — that is handled by your team of dedicated solution consultants and architects. Your focus is entirely on leadership: managing timelines and risks, building strong client relationships, aligning stakeholders, and driving successful outcomes across a portfolio of concurrent projects. Our clients are sophisticated, high-touch, and deeply invested in their events. That means you will be in daily communication across multiple channels, navigating scope conversations, managing competing priorities, and keeping complex projects on track even when requirements shift. It also means this work is genuinely meaningful — you will own the client relationship and see the direct impact of your leadership at every event. Our Project Managers typically manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, with project cycles averaging 9–12 months. You will also take on projects mid-lifecycle as part of normal portfolio management — experience navigating mid-flight transitions is a strong asset. This remote role can be located anywhere in the United States. Average travel is up to 15%, averaging 5–7 days per trip. Travel primarily involves being onsite at client events, which may include weekends, as well as post-event reviews and client-driven meetings. Planning Align with clients on key project milestones and maintain accountability to agreed timelines Build and maintain detailed project plans across a concurrent portfolio of client engagements Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and priorities across multiple work streams Coordinate internal teams to remove obstacles and keep deliverables on track Participate in pre-sales planning as a member of client account teams Identify and engage appropriate resources across client and RainFocus teams Client Communication & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Communicate formal weekly status updates to client and RainFocus stakeholders Communicate with event steering teams and executive-level committees Facilitate workshops with clients, solution consultants, and architects to capture requirements and define action plans — you lead the conversation; your project team executes the build Manage scope conversations directly with clients, including presenting and negotiating change orders when deliverables fall outside the original project scope Solicit feedback from clients and team members to drive prioritization Coordinate post-event reviews between client and RainFocus account team Surface decision points and escalations to stakeholders to remove obstacles Change Management Provide change management support for first-year event clients Ensure necessary training is provided to clients and partners to support effective adoption of new processes and technology Identify impacts to roles and responsibilities within client teams and escalate resource constraints where needed Project Controls Follow and deliver projects leveraging RainFocus best practice implementation process Manage expectations, scope, and priorities of implementation Ensure that all project artifacts are captured and maintained Monitor and manage project financial performance against targets 4+ years of project management experience, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with long implementation cycles Experience in project managing software implementations Proven experience in a client-facing project management role — you are comfortable owning the client relationship and having direct, sometimes difficult conversations about scope, timelines, and expectations Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or client engagements simultaneously Proficiency with project management tools; experience with Jira is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite Highly self-motivated with strong ownership mentality and consistent follow-through Highly detail oriented with proven ability to document systems and processes Events industry experience strongly preferred — candidates familiar with the pace, complexity, and client dynamics of event technology implementations tend to ramp faster and thrive longer in this role Experience taking over projects mid-lifecycle and successfully building client trust in an inherited engagement PMP certification or equivalent Solution-oriented, patient, and persistent in the face of organizational and client-driven challenges Challenger mentality — ability to drive direct client conversations about scope, expectations, and priorities Ability to organize ambiguous situations into concrete deliverables and clear next steps Able to prioritize and manage competing deadlines across a concurrent project portfolio Strong team-player mentality — this team succeeds together Location/Travel This remote role can be located anywhere in the United States of America. Total travel could be up to 20%. The nature of the travel is being onsite at client events, which may include weekends, as well as postmortem and client-driven meetings. Why work at RainFocus? At RainFocus we delight millions of attendees at large-scale events by delivering better insights, experiences, and marketing. This role welcomes a full-remote work arrangement, however applicants must be based in UK and have a work permit to be considered. We value diverse perspectives and recognize that skills and experiences can be gained in various ways. If you're excited about this opportunity but don't meet every single requirement listed, we would love to hear from you and encourage you to submit an application! ABOUT THE ROLE Launchmetrics connects the world's leading Fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty (FLB) brands to the data and insights they need to make smarter decisions. As Customer Marketing Coordinator, you'll help us stay close to the customers who matter most -the ones already on Launchmetrics who we want to grow, energize and turn into advocates. This is a full-time, remote role based in London. Reporting to the Marketing Director, You'll be in the room (physically and virtually) for some of our most important customer moments: supporting the events where our customers show up, building the personalized content and workshop decks that start a conversation with a brand and becoming a familiar, trusted face for a group of smaller accounts across cities like New York, London, Paris, and Milan. This role is about relationships as much as it's about process and strategy. You'll need to sync closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand what each account needs next, and you'll own the coordination and launch of outreach campaigns to client contacts -from a first personalized email, to a workshop conversation, to a relationship that lasts. It's a role for someone who enjoys the people's side just as much as the discipline of making a multi-stakeholder program run on time. RESPONSIBILITIES Customer event support. Support the Marketing Engagements Executive and the Director in the planning and on-site execution of events where our customers attend -coordinating logistics, guest experience and follow-up. We're looking for someone who doesn't just execute the plan, but brings ideas on how to make these moments better. Growing the database. Own the customer growth KPI: through outbound emails and marketing campaigns, expand our database of client contacts beyond current users, into new regions, brands and departments within existing accounts, building company-level awareness, not just with the teams already using Launchmetrics. This broader "account awareness" makes it easier to spot growth and expansion opportunities down the line. Personalized content & data stories. Own and develop account-specific content - data stories, talking points and materials- that give Sales and the Director a compelling, tailored way to open or deepen a conversation with a customer. Customer workshops. Support the research, customization and development of individual workshop decks, working closely with the Marketing Engagements Executive on strategy and format, and with the Director on prioritization, translating Launchmetrics data (including Media Impact Value® / MIV®) into a narrative tailored to each brand. Outreach coordination. Own and coordinate personalized customer outreach campaigns (email and beyond), building genuine working-layer relationships with the people who use Launchmetrics day to day. Relationship development. Build and maintain relationships with Tier 2 client contacts across our customer base, becoming a known, reliable point of contact for smaller accounts in key cities (NYC, London, Paris, Milan, Spain, and beyond). Target list enrichment. Collect and track engagement, scoring and intent signals on our target accounts from multiple sources (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist), and turn them into something the team can actually act on -flagging and sharing the right signals with Sales, Customer Success and the Director so we spot opportunities for expansion and growth quickly, before they go cold. Customer reporting support. Support the regular tracking of customer marketing objectives, keeping reports current so the team always has a clear read on what's working. ABOUT YOU Who you are 1–3 years of experience in customer marketing, marketing coordination, ABM, event support or a related area — comfortable with both relationship-building and hands-on execution. Curious about brands and people: you like understanding what makes a specific account tick and enjoy shaping a message around it. Comfortable being the point of contact for external stakeholders, including customers more senior than you. Confidence with data: you can pull, clean and interpret numbers and turn them into a story a customer would find compelling. Strong written communication skills, with an eye for how information is presented. Organized and dependable: you can run several workshops, campaigns or events at once without losing track of the details. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator or Lemlist is a plus, but not a requirement, you'll get training. Familiarity with the Fashion, Lifestyle or Beauty industry is a plus. A proactive approach: you spot what needs doing and act on it rather than waiting to be told.
