You will manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to hired status, proactively source candidates via social media platforms and other CV databases, provide hiring managers with advice on selection methods and interview best practice and ensure candidates have all information for their first day. You will act as the first point of contact for recruitment queries from hiring managers and support managers in developing recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles. Ensuring all candidates receive an amazing experience, regardless of the outcome of their application, manage communication and promote Butlins employer brand at all stages. Having excellent communication skills to support relationships with candidates and hiring managers and experience in running group recruitment events and 121 interviews would be advantageous. You should be confident in your ability to offer guidance and advice to leaders and be a critical friend in decision making and have experience in challenging recruitment climates in sourcing hard to find talent. Benefits: This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position You’ll be able to choose which projects you want to work on You can work on your own schedule Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour , with bonuses on high-quality and high-volume work Responsibilities: Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance Qualifications: Fluency in English (native or bilingual level) Detail-oriented Proficient in physics, engineering, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning A current, in progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not required Note: Payment is made via PayPal.
