What we are looking for: ● A customer service superstar with strong communication and rapport-building skills. ● Excellent attention to detail and a can-do, problem-solving mindset. ● Comfortable working at pace in a busy environment and juggling multiple tasks. ● A professional, friendly telephone manner and confident IT skills (MS Office & bespoke systems). ● A true team player who is also self-motivated and able to manage their own workload. ● Bonus points for vehicle knowledge or a keen interest in cars (but it’s not essential).
