The Role As Operations Manager, you’ll take a senior leadership position driving financial performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. You’ll lead and inspire our Voids and General Maintenance teams, oversee subcontractors, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities for growth — ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture • Lead Voids and General Maintenance teams — setting standards, resolving challenges, and supporting development., • Act as the main point of contact for client communication and satisfaction., • Seek out new opportunities across target sectors and regions., • Build partnerships, craft winning proposals, and deliver impactful pitches., • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and deliver strategic objectives., • Track KPIs, margins, and profitability across all service lines., • Drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and operational effectiveness.What You Bring, • 5+ years’ experience in Operations, Business Development, or Account Management — ideally within property services, housing, or maintenance., • Proven success in business growth, financial oversight, and client relationship management., • Leadership experience across mixed teams (direct staff and subcontractors)., • Strong commercial and financial acumen — budgeting, forecasting, and analysis., • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills., • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach., • CRM and financial systems experience (Salesforce, Xero, or similar)., • Experience across public and private sector clients., • A self-starter who thrives on accountability and delivery.What’s on Offer, • Basic Salary: £60,000 – £65,000, • On-target earnings: Up to £100,000, • Company vehicle, • Performance-based rewards, • Flexible working style Apply now and become a driving force in the future of Westons Group. #WestonsGroup #OperationsManager #PropertyServices #Leadership #HiringNow #FacilitiesManagement #ConstructionCaree
