Principal accountabilities of the role include: Support the Strategic Land planning teams and provide relevant reporting where required, including supporting, mentoring and managing Ensure regular Design Team Meetings, at an early stage of development, occur within the relevant consultants Provide technical expertise to ensure planning applications for strategic land projects are accurate, compliant, and commercially sound. Review and advise on technical aspects of strategic land schemes, identifying risks and opportunities early in the process. Facilitate technical input from divisions into strategic land projects and planning submissions. Take new site information from Land and check it before committing to the drawing stage Work closely with divisional commercial teams to ensure technical solutions are cost-effective and aligned with project budgets.
