A global organisation is looking for a permanent Account Manager to join their team in Hook. This position is offering a salary of up to £75,000 and hybrid working. This position will involve delivering high-level service to the entire customer base at a senior/corporate level. Candidates will have similar experience within a manufacturing and/or energy environment. Role responsibilities of the Account Manager include: Developing and executing sales account plans, tactics, and profit targets to drive business growth. Building and maintaining relationships at all levels within assigned Companies and ensure effective interface. Lead senior-level sales activities and ensure downstream activities align with messaging and strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement business development strategies and value propositions. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and solutions to customers and industry partners. Manage sales administration, pipeline tracking, reporting, and support negotiations to secure contractual agreements. Person Specification of the Account Manager: 2+ years of experience in the energy and/or manufacturing sector. Proven track record of achieving targets, managing customer relationships, and engaging effectively with clients. Skilled in contracting, negotiating, change management, and developing sales strategies with performance metrics. Capable of motivating teams, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, and influencing decision-making. Possesses strong communication, interpersonal skills, initiative, drive, and enthusiasm.
