You’ll work across the full electronics lifecycle — from concept, simulation and PCB design to debugging, validation and EMC compliance. This role suits someone hands-on, collaborative, and confident in high-density, high-speed circuit design. 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Review, analyse and improve electronic prototypes, • Design and implement new electronics for upcoming products, • Debug and tune PCB hardware (bench, lab, and in-vehicle), • Lead root-cause analysis and design improvements, • Develop and maintain test, research and validation methods, • Execute validation plans and verify electrical systems, • Create prototype PCBs/microsystems for in-house testing, • Manage EMC reviews and work with specialist labs 🎯 What You’ll Bring • Degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or similar, • 8–10 years’ relevant engineering experience, • Full product lifecycle experience from concept to mass production, • Strong schematic capture & PCB design (Altium or similar), • High-speed / high-density board design experience, • EMC compliance and testing knowledge, • Strong troubleshooting skills in a lab environment, • Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork, • Ability to work in fast-paced, global project environments, • Willingness to travel occasionally Bonus: Video tech experience, RF/antenna design, impedance matching, DDR/MIPI/SERDES/USB/PCIe/HDMI experience. ⏱️ Hours Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30 (37.5 hrs) *Flexitime - Flexible working hours when working in the office.
