- decides on range and quality of meals and beverages to be provided. - discusses customer’s requirements for special occasions. - Doing team rotas for shop, making sure adequit cover is scheduled for peak time, whilst staying within set wage target - purchases or directs the purchasing of supplies and arranges for preparation of accounts. - verifies that quality of food, beverages and waiting service is as required, that kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and appropriate hygiene standards are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements. - plans and arranges food preparation in collaboration with other staff and organises the provision of waiting or counter staff. - checks that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss and to keep within budget limit. - determines staffing, financial, material and other short- and long-term requirements.
Main Responsibilities of the role: Assembly/manufacture of components, sub-assemblies, final assemblies of production and/or development products Inspection and testing of products including operation of automatic test equipment Responsibility for self-inspection thereby requiring high levels of accuracy and quality of work You will be trained in some of the following operations: welding, brazing, coil winding, encapsulation, soldering and machine operation Qualifications/Experience Must have previous experience within a similar assembly environment and have proven mechanical and/or electrical skills. No formal qualifications are necessary but applicants must possess basic numerical and literacy skills. Must meet stringent Visual Acuity standards including colour blindness and depth perception. Staff are responsible for self-inspection so a high level of accuracy and quality of work is essential. This Assembly Operator role requires the ability to work to processes and procedures and meet the required performance targets. Must be able to work in a team environment.
