Role: Warehouse Operative / Senior Warehouse Operative \n Salary: £33,500 to £38,500 per annum, depending on experience + Overtime (x1.5) + Bonus + Benefits (25 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays, life assurance and 8.5% pension) \n Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 3:15pm; Friday, 6am to 1pm \n Location: Commutable from Aldershot, Farnborough, Guildford, Basingstoke, Camberley and surrounding areas \n \n Responsibilities \n \n Working within a small team, you will take responsibility for goods in, goods out, stock control and general warehouse duties. This is a busy, physical and varied role, offering a good degree of independence and the opportunity to take ownership of your area. \n \n You will handle incoming and outgoing deliveries and ensure production receives the materials it needs accurately and promptly. This will involve moving materials by hand, forklift and company van, helping to maintain a continuous supply and keep production running smoothly. \n \n Approximately 65%–70% of the role will be hands-on, with the remainder involving computer-based and administrative duties. These will include booking stock onto the system, maintaining inventory records, making and receiving calls, and responding to emails. \n \n We are looking for someone with experience of working in a fast-moving warehouse, stores, logistics or manufacturing environment. You should enjoy practical work, be comfortable with regular manual handling and have the computer skills needed to support the day-to-day operation. \n \n As part of a small team, you will need to be reliable, organised and confident working independently. A practical approach, sound judgement and the ability to use your initiative are essential.
