About the Role We’re seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to own and scale Montu/Alternaleaf’s acquisition efforts in Germany—one of Europe’s fastest-growing medical cannabis markets. You’ll be our first dedicated performance marketer in the region, launching compliant multi-channel campaigns and shaping a brand-new market with strong support behind you. Montu is a global leader in medical cannabis care across the UK and Australia, now expanding into Germany with fully legal and regulated services.
