You'll deliver actionable insights and expertise on our markets, competitors, analysts, and customers to guide EDQ's product roadmap, propositions, and go-to-market plans. You'll collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, of all seniority levels, and communicate the latest insights. This is essential to solidify our understanding of competitors market position, customer needs, and further drive our differentiation. About the Team: The Global Product Marketing team is a growth enabler. It champions the voice of the customer and the market internally. The team translates insights into differentiated messaging, GTM strategies, and content. This content drives decision-making, customer adoption, and growth. Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, you'll collaborate with Global Product Management, Analyst Relations, Regional Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to amplify the voice of the market and our ability to win. Responsibilities: Perform deep market, customer, industry analyst and news analysis to identify opportunities, risks and trends. Lead global competitive intelligence and create impactful competitor battlecards and newsletters for sales enablement. Capture and synthesise customer feedback, product analytics and win/loss insights to influence product and GTM strategies. Undertake market research projects and support ad-hoc research requests to drive business growth Partner with global and regional stakeholders to understand business needs and develop recommendations.
