FLT Driver \n Location: Hastings Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts - 6:00am-3:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm and 2:00pm-11:00pm Salary: Up to £33,000 per year \n HRGO is seeking an experienced FLT Driver to join our clients Manufacturing business in Hastings. \n This is a permanent, full-time position offering a varied rotational shift pattern across five days per week. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • \n Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping throughout the Yard and Warehouse. \n • \n Ensuring the Yard is organised, clean and safe at all times. \n • \n Safely and correctly loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring deliveries are completed on time. \n • \n Ensuring products and deliveries are clearly marked, identified and accompanied by the correct paperwork. \n • \n Accurately picking and packing products in preparation for delivery. \n • \n Completing stock management and stock rotation in line with company procedures. \n • \n Ensuring stock is stored correctly and that all stock movements and placements are accurately recorded on the system. \n • \n Following all company health and safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment. \n • \n Working collaboratively with colleagues while also being able to work independently and use your own initiative. \n\n About You \n The successful candidate will ideally have: \n\n • \n Experience using computer-based stock management systems. \n • \n Knowledge and experience of safely handling and packing materials in accordance with agreed procedures. \n • \n A strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements. \n • \n Experience of accurate picking, packing, loading and preparing goods for delivery. \n • \n The ability to learn and retain knowledge of an extensive product range. \n • \n The ability to accurately interpret product and order paperwork. \n • \n Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to stock management. \n • \n The ability to work effectively as part of a team while also working independently. \n • \n A proactive approach and the ability to use your own initiative. \n • \n A full Forklift Truck Licence or current Forklift Operator Safety Certificate.
