Head Chef – Innovation-Led Luxury Events & Experiential Catering Up to £65,000 + TOIL | South London (CPU-Based) | Full-Time An exceptional opportunity for a bold, forward-thinking Head Chef to lead the culinary direction of a Michelin Guide-recognised events and private dining company delivering extraordinary food experiences across the UK and internationally. We are searching for a creative Head Chef — a chef who wants to push the boundaries of what catering can be . Someone who believes a wedding dinner, fashion launch or private celebration should feel as immersive and memorable as dining in the world's most innovative restaurants. The Role As Head Chef, you will lead the creative and operational heart of the kitchen , developing bold culinary concepts and executing them flawlessly across a diverse portfolio of high-end events. From theatrical canapé experiences to meticulously executed tasting menus, your work will help redefine expectations of luxury event catering . You will be responsible for: Leading the creative development of menus and food experiences across weddings, luxury brand events, fashion launches and private dining Designing innovative tasting menus, canapé concepts and interactive food moments Delivering exceptional food at scale without compromising creativity or precision Overseeing all kitchen operations from CPU production through to on-site event execution Managing and developing a core brigade of 4 chefs , supported by agency teams for larger productions Maintaining Michelin Guide-level standards across multiple venues and event environments Driving menu development with a focus on seasonality, innovation and guest experience Full P&L responsibility , including menu costing, supplier partnerships and sourcing exceptional ingredients Identifying and onboarding new premium suppliers, producers and artisan partners About You We're looking for a chef who is as imaginative as they are technically brilliant . You may come from fine dining, luxury events or innovative restaurant kitchens, but you share a passion for creating unforgettable food experiences outside the traditional restaurant setting .
