Job Description: The Welder will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components used in automotive, defence and rail applications. • Carry out welding using MAG, MIG, TIG, FCAW and GMAW, • Interpret technical drawings and welding specifications, • Prepare materials (cutting, cleaning, bevelling, alignment), • Monitor welding parameters to ensure quality welds, • Inspect welds and identify defects, • Follow all health & safety procedures and use PPE, • Maintain welding equipment and report faults, • Work closely with production and engineering teams Skills & Experience: • Interest in engineering and manufacturing, • Experience or knowledge of welding processes, • Ability to read technical drawings (desirable), • Good attention to detail and quality, • Team player with good communication skills, • Willingness to work overtime, • Knowledge of health & safety practices, • Previous automotive or rail experience (desirable) Why Should You Apply? • Opportunity to grow your career as a Welder, • Work across multiple engineering sectors, • Join a supportive and experienced team, • Develop skills in a safety-focused environment, • Long-term opportunity for a motivated Welder
