    The Store Manager will be responsible for the efficient daily management of front-of-house and takeaway services. The duties will include:  Managing front-of-house and takeaway operations  Supervising staff, preparing Rota(s), and managing shift schedules  Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health standards are upheld  Coordinating walk-in and online orders (Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats)  Overseeing customer service and handling complaints professionally  Managing stock levels and placing supply orders  Monitoring food storage, checking expiry dates, and ensuring proper disposal  Maintaining allergen awareness and correct food labelling  Supporting junior staff training and performance management  Keeping administrative records (sales logs, hygiene checklists, deliveries)  Assisting in budget control and minimising operational costs Required Skills and Experience:  Proven experience managing or supervising within a food service or takeaway environment  Knowledge of food hygiene and UK health and safety standards  Strong team leadership and scheduling ability  Excellent customer service and communication skills  Familiarity with stock control, ordering, and cost control  Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety protocols  Basic record-keeping and use of POS systems
