    Housekeeper Required – Busy Family Home We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organised housekeeper to join our busy family home. We are a household of two adults, four children, and five small dogs. We are often at home and lead very busy lives, so we are looking for someone who can confidently help keep the house running smoothly, calmly, and efficiently day to day. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order, takes pride in their work, and most importantly can see what needs doing without waiting for instruction. Initiative is the single most important quality we are looking for. Hours 5 days per week Ideally one weekend day included, with a weekday off instead We can be flexible for the right person Weekend help is especially appreciated due to occasional large family gatherings and entertaining Duties Include General housekeeping and deep cleaning Laundry and ironing Tidying and keeping the house organised Maintaining a calm, clean, well-run home environment Feeding the dogs Putting shopping away Assisting with the day-to-day running of the household Anticipating household needs and managing tasks independently The Ideal Person Will Be Experienced in private household housekeeping Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable Self-motivated and able to work independently Naturally organised and detail-oriented Comfortable around children and dogs Warm, friendly, and calm under pressure Our current housekeeper of 6 years will provide training and support during the handover period. We are looking for someone long-term who will become an important part of our home and family life.

    Our friendly team are seeking a motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing culinary establishment. The Kitchen Manager will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality food production, ensuring food safety standards are maintained while fostering a positive team atmosphere. Duties • Food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation meet company standards, • Develop and implement specials incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences, • Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all kitchen operations, • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimise waste and control costs, • Train new staff members on food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations, • Coordinate with front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction, • Enforce health & safety policies within the kitchen environment to prevent accidents or violations, • Organise staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while maintaining work-life balance for team members Qualifications • Proven supervising experience within a busy kitchen or restaurant environment, • Strong background in food production, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations, • Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving protocols, and customer service standards, • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure, • Previous experience in food management roles preferred but not essential; relevant culinary qualifications are advantageous, • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality in all aspects of kitchen management We value passionate individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
