Requirements: • Previous experience in the specialty coffee industry or a similar role is necessary, with a strong emphasis on specialty coffee knowledge and skills., • Strong passion for specialty coffee and a deep understanding of brewing techniques, coffee origins, and flavour profiles., • Proficiency in espresso extraction, including grind adjustment, dosing, and tamping techniques., • Skill in creating and pouring latte art designs, showcasing attention to detail and craftsmanship., • Proven leadership abilities with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and develop a team., • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour., • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment., • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure., • Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems., • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays., • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to teamwork., • Food handling certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus. Working on a rotating weekly shift pattern of 6am – 2pm one week, and then 2 – 10pm, Monday to Friday, you will lead production operations within this specialised manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will oversee shift teams, drive safe, efficient, and high‑quality output while consistently support the team to achieve performance and production targets. This will give you the opportunity to contribute to products and technologies that have far-reaching impact across multiple industries.
