We’re seeking an organised, people-focused leader to support the quality, growth and sustainability of Stomping Grounds. The Deputy CEO will work closely with the CEO to oversee projects, people, safeguarding, governance and business performance, ensuring high-quality Forest School provision across our sites. Some work during school holidays is essential. Key duties: • Lead delivery of projects aligned with our mission and values, • Oversee risk management, safeguarding, health & safety and staff wellbeing, • Support financial performance, fundraising and organisational sustainability, • Develop and support managers, teams and training, • Maintain policies, compliance and organisational memberships, • Lead evaluation, impact reporting and reporting to Trustees We’re looking for: • Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills, • Strong project and business management experience, • Understanding of neurodivergence, • Ability to work in school holidays and travel across our regional sites, • Commitment to our mission and values Desirable experience includes Ofsted, charity sector work, Designated Safeguarding Lead responsibilities, and working with children and young people. • 35 hours per week • Reports to CEO • Salary TBD, • 📅 Deadline 9th of January, • To apply.
