Part-Time Property Assistant – South Coast

We’re looking for a reliable and organised individual to support with property-related tasks across the South Coast, including Bournemouth, Southampton, and Portsmouth. The Role Includes: Conducting property viewings and inspections Carrying out light maintenance tasks Liaising with tenants and contractors General support for property management duties Requirements: Basic maintenance knowledge Good communication skills Access to a vehicle preferred Starting pay is £15 per hour. This is a part-time position with potential to grow into a full-time role.

Operate and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring it is consistently held at the ideal temperature for high-quality, flavorful cooking results. Prepare a variety of tandoori dishes in line with the menu, using traditional Indian cooking techniques to deliver authentic taste and texture. Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients by performing regular checks and adhering to proper storage and rotation procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support seamless and efficient operations, particularly during high-demand service periods. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, with a focus on developing tandoori cooking skills and reinforcing strict kitchen safety practices. Uphold stringent food hygiene standards, especially in the handling and preparation of raw meats and poultry.
