    Are you a passionate chef looking for an exciting opportunity to help build something special? Chiltern Hills Mushrooms is one of Buckinghamshire’s fastest-growing gourmet mushroom farms, producing premium Lion’s Mane, King Oyster, Grey Oyster, Shiitake and other specialty mushrooms for local markets, restaurants and food lovers. We’re looking for a talented chef who loves creating incredible food and wants to develop a unique mushroom-focused street food concept for festivals, food events and farmers markets across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties. This is a part-time position working 3–4 days per week, including weekends during the busy festival and market season. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician seeking a stable long-term role in a busy workshop where their experience will be valued.
