We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Manager with sales experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities Customer Service (UK & Europe) Manage day-to-day customer service operations across English and German- speaking regions. Handle orders and queries from private customers, wholesalers, affiliates, and online platforms. Manage our customer service and fulfilment staff Conduct proactive calls for upselling, surveys, and customer retention. Manage complaints and enquiries efficiently and professionally. Affiliate Development & Support Represent the company at events and online marketing events Support and grow our affiliate/partner programmes in the UK, Germany and rest of Europe. Proactively contact online shops, wellness centres, bloggers, influencers for endorsements and partnerships. Assist in LinkedIn and Instagram outreach and other proactive lead- generation tasks. • Assist other departments during peak periods or absences. , Contribute ideas for new services or content based on customer feedback. What We’re Looking For Ledership and strong work ethics Fluent or near-native English; German is a strong advantage. Proven experience in customer service and sales roles. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a confident phone manner. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. Able to work under pressure and with an inquisitive mindset, finding solutions where needed. Comfortable using ICT tools (Email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn). Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
