What You’ll Do Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to ensure every guest has an exceptional Breakfast and lunch experience. Be the go-to person connecting guests with the kitchen and bar, accurately noting dietary needs and preferences. Assist your team by clearing, resetting tables, and supporting various service areas during busy times. Stay fully informed about the Hub’s operations, menus, events, and spaces to provide helpful guest information. Recommend food and drinks confidently based on guest preferences and menu knowledge. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns quickly, maintaining high service standards. Support event setups when needed, ensuring spaces match event requirements perfectly. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
