Role Summary We are looking for a creative and technically strong Graphic & Multimedia Designer to lead our visual output across digital, print, and product-related media. You will produce eye-catching content that helps elevate our brand and supports product launches, marketing campaigns, and online presence. Key Responsibilities • Create high-quality visual and multimedia content for ads, digital campaigns, product packaging, and promotional materials., • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms., • Design assets for social media, websites, online stores, and marketing materials., • Take creative concepts from brainstorming to final delivery., • Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field., • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)., • Solid understanding of branding, layout, colour theory, typography, and visual storytelling., • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines., • Experience in motion graphics or 3D design is a plus., • A portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills is required. Salary £34,000 – £42,000 per year, depending on experience.

    Dreams and Purpose Care SUPPORT WORKER: SUPPORTED LIVING ACCOMODATION Dreams and Purpose WALES FULL JOB DESCRIPTION Dreams and Purpose are a people centred service provider for young people between the age of 16 to 18 years in a supported living accommodation based in Wales. We are seeking caring and passionate support workers with experience in working with young people to join our care and supported living accommodation. The qualified candidate will provide tailored high-quality care and support for the young people in our accommodation. Assisting them in their day-to-day task that is aimed towards their growth and successful transition to living independently. Providing support and advice to any emotional needs, managing personal goals, strong rapports, building trust, and being an ideal role model to the young people to reach their full potential. It is expected that as a support worker, you will be engaging with local authority and agencies as part of your activities in supporting the young people. And you must understand basic data protection and safeguarding as part of your role. SHIFT AND SCHEDULE Rota based 12-hour shift Overtime Night shift/Sleep-ins Weekend Availability Please note that this role will be a zero-hour contract for the first 6 months' probation period before becoming a permanent role and we do not sponsor visa at this time. ESSENTIAL/ DESRIRABLE CRITERIA · Experience of working with young persons in a supported living accommodation · Satisfactory level 3 childcare qualification or at least level 2 qualification in childcare · Willing to undertake relevant training required for the position · Valid enhanced DBS, on the update service, or willing to apply for one · Accepting to work as a bank staff (zero hour) for 6 months before proceeding to a permanent role · Flexible schedule · Reliably commute or relocate before starting work · Driving would be an added advantage RESPONSIBILITIES · Engage in key work session with the young people · Compile monthly report on the development of the young people · Always keeping young people safe and secure · Support young people with GP, Optician, and any other form of registration · Report young persons to the appropriate authorities when they go missing · Prompt young people to clean their rooms and carryout weekly room checks · Help young people to understand budgeting, shopping, and cooking · Ensure all needs of the young person's care plans are met and up to date · Update daily logs · Keep accurate records/written reports for planned meetings and reviews and being available to attend · Plan summer activities with young persons · Encouraging young people to explore and integrate in local community, and expand personal social relationships JOB REQUIREMENTS · Effective communication skills with the ability to record and present information. · Effective time management · Great teamwork skills · Early morning/late evening shifts, on-call via a rota system. Various weekends and bank holidays when required.
