The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering authentic African cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations. This is not a general chef position. We are specifically seeking a candidate with proven experience in African cuisine, strong cooking ability, and the discipline required to work in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment.
