General Store Manager - Nottingham £45,000 - £55,000 + Package Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional Store Manager with a strong sales management background to take over the day to running of a multi-million-pound turnover store. Our client is a successful big-box retailer based on out of town retail parks. They have a number of stores across the UK and a currently going through a refresh project to update their stores. The brand is famous for delivering world-class customer service and delivering market-leading products. As a Store Manager your main responsibilities will include: - Managing the full circle customer experience in line with the company sales model, including engagement, qualification of customer and deal closing - Coaching, leading and orchestrating the sales team within the store, driving sales and KPIs, service, standards, presentation, process and compliance - Being their brand ambassador and championing the company values by being an inspirational leader to the team. - Develop the team and create a succession plan for the business by performance managing the individual team members and creating sales superstars. - Conduct daily team briefs to keep staff up to date with company procedures and new relevant information. We are looking to hear from exceptional Managers who can clearly demonstrate the following: - A proven track record in people management within a big box, large square footage store/- You will need to demonstrate your sales management skills through performance management, coaching, and development. - You will be able to show your track record in NOT only hitting but smashing targets and KPI's. - Exceptional leadership skills, drive, Resilience with a high emphasis on the customer journey. - Strong P&L accountability

HGV C+E (Class 1) driver. We are looking for HGV C+E (Class 1) drivers for our Client based in the Mansfield area, located off Junction 28. Work can be available across Days, Nights and Weekends. Typically, the work involves trunking to either RDCs or direct to customers with a back-load on the return journey. During busy periods, there may be the requirement for 2-3 drops. There is no handball required, drivers will of course be required to check loads prior to moving off and ensure correctly strapped for transport. Start times are typically 0600, but there can be the requirement to start two hours prior to or two hours later and flexibility is required given the busy nature of the operation. All units are well maintained and have cab phones for ease of communication with base. The minimum experience required is 12 months. Average shift is 10-12 hours long, bearing in mind during busy periods a shift can be longer. Correct completion of run sheets and POD paperwork is essential. The opportunity exists for the work to be ongoing up until the end of December if this work suits.
