The Role: Customer Experience Team (CET) Our CET members are multiskilled and experience hosts who specialise in different parts of the customer journey — from the first hello to the much needed highfive after landing. You’ll become an expert in one area to start with, and as you learn more roles, your pay increases accordingly** You might find your strengths in: • Meet & Greet – Our customers only get one first impression – and our Meet and Greet team are there ready to deliver a warm welcome to everyone who arrives, • Check-In – Ensuring our customers are given guidance through the check in procedure which includes legal documentation and safety admin., • Induction Hosting – Delivering high energy briefings, with confident upselling of our packages to ensure customers can make the most of their jump experience, • Pre-Induction Sales – Helping customers build their perfect, individual experience, • Kit-Up – Safely getting customers into safety harnesses (intense training and sign off process for this), • Media – Building the perfect memories for our customers from the video content recorded by our talented camera flyers, • PLA Crew – As part of the ground crew, catching the tandems as they land and safely bucketing the parachutes ready for re-packing, • Refuelling Operations – Aircraft refuelling – an intense but very rewarding role that is the heartbeat of keeping our operation running efficiently. (Intense training and sign off process). Each role is different, but they all share one purpose: to create a seamless, safe, and unforgettable experience, the Go Skydive way.     Part-Time / Full Cook & Kitchen Manager Wanted – Farm Shop Café Location: The Old Forge farm shop, Wiltshire, Langford Lane, Berwick St James, Salisbury SP3 4UA Hours: Variety of shifts including weekends, approx. 15–20 hours/week for part time or 37.5 hours full time. The cafe is currently open Wednesday - Sunday, day times only. Pay: Starting from £26,000.00 per annum (FTE) depending on experience We’re looking for a friendly, reliable part-time chef/cook to join our cosy farm shop café. You’ll be preparing hearty breakfasts and light lunches using fresh, local, top quality ingredients in a relaxed countryside setting. You’ll also be responsible for stock control and kitchen management. What you’ll be doing: • Cooking simple, delicious breakfasts (e.g. full English), • Preparing light lunches (soups, deli products, toasties), • Keeping the kitchen clean and organised, • Working closely with our small, welcoming team helping with cleaning rotas, • Monitor stock and help with ordering supplies What we’re looking for: • Kitchen experience (professional or home-based), • Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate or a willingness to obtain it, • A passion for excellent food and local produce, • A passion for excellent presentation of food, • Punctuality and a positive attitude, • Ability to work independently during quiet periods, • Ability to work under pressure during busy periods Interested?
