    Location: Glasgow City Centre (Full-Time, In-Person) Salary: £2,000/month Base + Uncapped Commission Hours: 35 hours per week Company: 7C Digital Media (7cdm.co.uk) The Role: ---Top performers can earn £10K+/monthly--- We are looking for a highly driven,hungry, and target-focused Business Development Executive to generate new business through cold calling, direct outreach, and face-to-face prospecting across Glasgow. This is not a passive role. You will be expected to: • Pick up the phone daily and make high volumes of cold calls, • Walk into businesses and pitch confidently, • Handle rejection constantly and keep pushing Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation (90%) • Cold call local and UK-based businesses daily, • Prospect and approach businesses in person across Glasgow, • Identify decision-makers and pitch digital marketing services, • Sell websites, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing services, • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close, • Book and conduct meetings with qualified prospects, • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Pipeline & Reporting (10%) • Track leads, calls, and deals in CRM, • Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups, • Report weekly performance and pipeline progress Targets & Expectations • High daily call volume (minimum 80–120 calls/day), • Consistent outbound prospecting (phone + in-person), • Weekly meeting and revenue targets, • Strong closing performance This is a performance-driven role — results matter.     Join us as a Calibration & Process Control Engineer to ensure our cutting-edge manufacturing processes run at peak performance. Based in Glasgow, you'll lead efforts in optimizing calibration systems, driving improvements, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and maintain calibration systems and schedules in line with ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949:2016 standards, • Perform and oversee calibration of process instruments, • Analyze calibration data, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions or improvements, • Specify, purchase, and qualify new instrumentation and control equipment, • Troubleshoot calibration and process control issues in collaboration with production and quality teams, • Support process automation systems, including Allen Bradley Logix, Siemens S7 PLCs, GE IFIX SCADA, and associated HMIs, • Maintain thorough documentation of calibration activities, reports, and control system changes, • Deliver training to operations and maintenance personnel, • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, • Monitor and evaluate emerging calibration technologies Requirements: • BEng/MEng/BSc/MSc degree in Electrical, Process Control, or related engineering discipline, • Proven experience in calibration and process control engineering within manufacturing, automotive, or chemical process industries, • Strong understanding of pneumatic and electro-mechanical instrumentation, • Familiarity with analytical instruments and applicable international standards, • Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and process data tools, • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, • Experience in leading CI projects, • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams Benefits: • Competitive salary and additional benefit package, • Supportive and dynamic work environment, • A flat organization valuing ownership and initiatives, • Opportunities for development through on-the-job learning, training, and courses.
