Position Overview We are seeking a creative, ambitious, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help accelerate our business growth, strengthen our brand, and support our long-term expansion plans. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the beauty and wellness industry, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to execute effective local and digital marketing strategies. This position also supports our need to stabilise recruitment following industry shortages, post-pandemic staffing difficulties, and increased market competition. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Retention • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and boost repeat bookings., • Identify collaboration opportunities with local businesses (gyms, boutiques, bridal studios, event services)., • Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, local promotions, email newsletters, and SMS marketing., • Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to grow engagement and audience reach., • Collect and analyse feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Event Planning & Community Engagement • Represent Get Nailed at fairs, pop-ups, and local community events., • Monitor performance against monthly targets., • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (beauty, wellness, or retail preferred)., • Strong understanding of the Llanelli and Dyfed local market., • Excellent communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills., • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously., • Skilled in Instagram, Facebook, and digital marketing tools., • 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)., • Opportunity to support a reputable and expanding salon brand., • Performance-based incentives and commission., • Staff discounts on salon treatments., • Friendly, diverse, and supportive team environment., • Involvement in future business expansion planning.
