    Job Description: I am representing a client who is looking for a highly organised, customer-focused Administrator with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude to join a fast-paced drainage company based in Poole. With a reputation built on trusted expertise this company prides itself on putting customers at the heart of everything they do. This is a varied and hands-on position where no two days are the same. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between customers, operational teams, and field engineers. As the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, you will handle enquiries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Key Responsibilities Customer Communication: • Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a polite, friendly, and professional manner, • Provide clear information about services, job updates, and general enquiries, • Record accurate details of customer issues and requirements Job Management: • Load, update, and manage job details on the CRM system with high attention to detail, • Ensure all information is accurate and up to date to support smooth operations, • Prioritise and schedule jobs as required Operational Support: • Assist operational team leaders with daily enquiries and administrative tasks, • Liaise between customers, team leaders, and engineers to ensure effective workflow General Administration: • Maintain organised digital records and documentation, • Support the wider office team with additional administrative tasks when required Skills & Experience Required: • Excellent customer service and communication skills (phone and email), • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, • Proven ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment, • Experience using CRM systems (training can be provided), • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively, • Previous experience in administration, operations, or coordinator role (2+years), • Good geographic knowledge of Poole and Bournemouth to assist with job allocation and routing What We Offer: • A friendly and supportive working environment, • Opportunities for training and development, • Competitive salary and company benefits, • A role where you can make a genuine impact in a growing business, • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays This is a full-time role on site Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour break Salary £25-£30k DOE The anticipated start date is January/February If you are looking to go into the new year with a great opportunity to work with a great supportive team, then this role could be for you.
