We need you to help us manage and maintain the places people live, directly or with our agents, to ensure our residents have a great place to live and can continue to thrive. You will keep a close eye on service delivery, measure performance and ensure we do the things we are required to do under regulations. Where we can improve, then help us do that. So you’ll know housing management or housing maintenance work from previous experience. You’ll be tech savvy, but nothing out of the ordinary. Great with people, great at communicating verbally or through reports – to succinctly and precisely convey important information about service performance. Confident with numbers and with strong attention to detail, this all suits your ability to know what good looks like. You are self-managing, super-efficient, managing tasks and deadlines well but never sacrificing those high standards. Above all you care about people. You walk in our customers shoes. You work closely with a team to get the best results. You take pride in delivering something that makes a difference. And one more thing…..a driving licence (and access to a car) is essential For the right person we will be flexible on hours, but a minimum of 25 per week as there’s lots to do.
