The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing Solar systems in residential settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work with various power and hand tools safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with relevant codes and regulations. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Adhere to safety protocols while working with power tools and electrical systems. Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues. Requirements Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role. Ideally18th Edition/ AM2/ NVQ Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade. Ability to read technical documents and manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work are preferred but not mandatory.
