This senior role requires strategic planning and marketing expertise to optimize sales channels and partnerships. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic plans to boost sales and profitability across in-store and online platforms., • Manage the store’s presence on delivery platforms like Deliveroo and Just Eat, focusing on pricing, promotions, and performance analysis., • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels within the Premier Stores network., • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions to enhance customer engagement., • Oversee social media presence, including content creation and customer interaction analysis., • Analyze market conditions and sales data to guide commercial decisions., • Develop partnerships with commercial partners and service providers., • Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities., • Prepare performance reports and make strategic recommendations., • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and advertising standards. Skills and Experience Required • Proven experience in marketing, commercial management, or business development., • Strong understanding of retail operations, ideally within grocery retail., • Experience with online sales platforms and digital marketing., • Ability to analyze financial and sales data., • Strong communication and organizational skills., • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
