Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mediterranean cuisine, have a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality. This role will involve preparing and cooking dishes under the supervision of our Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring that every plate that leaves the kitchen is a testament to Greek culinary tradition. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards while maintaining consistency., • Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality control., • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to uphold hygiene standards and kitchen procedures., • Assist in menu development, particularly with authentic Greek recipes and contemporary adaptations., • Handle inventory for your station, ensuring stock levels are adequate for service., • Participate in staff training, sharing knowledge of Greek culinary techniques. Requirements: Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a preference for those with experience in Greek or Mediterranean cuisine highly considered Culinary Skills: Proficient in various cooking methods, with a passion for Greek dishes highly favoured Language: Good command of English Work Ethic: Must be reliable, professional and punctual Team Player: Excellent communication skills and ability to work harmoniously within a team. With a strong pipeline of current and forthcoming projects, alongside exciting new opportunities and we are now seeking a full-time Site Manager for our new site for 5 units in Aston Clinton. This role will suit an experienced Site Manager who isintelligent, proactive, highly professional, and meticulous in their attention to detail. Our developments demand the delivery of premium, high-end finishes throughout, and we are particularly keen to speak with Site Managers who have successfully delivered premium high-spec residential projects where detail and quality are paramount. Job Description The Site Manager is responsible for the full delivery of residential development, ensuring strict adherence to programme, budget and quality standards. Demonstrates proactive, comprehensive ownership of the site, coordinating subcontractors, managing health and safety, controlling costs and driving progress to meet key milestones. Maintains exceptional build quality and high-end finishes through strong leadership, attention to detail and clear communication with all stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification. Responsibilities • Take full ownership of site delivery from groundworks through to final handover, ensuring exceptional quality and premium finishes throughout., • Deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget, maintaining strict control of costs, sequencing and key milestones., • Lead, coordinate and hold accountable all site staff and subcontractors to achieve zero avoidable defects and snag-free completions., • Develop and drive a realistic, deliverable short-term programme in collaboration with the Development Manager and Development Director., • Oversee health and safety compliance, including Construction Phase Plans, RAMS review, toolbox talks and statutory requirements., • Manage call-off schedules and material quantity to ensure timely and accurate supply., • Maintain accurate digital records, reports and build-stage documentation. Paperwor management and proficient use of tablets and apps is essential., • Liaise professionally with directors, architects, building control and third parties., • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the company’s reputation for quality, professionalism and attention to detail.
