Apply coats of plaster to walls, ceilings, and other internal or external surfaces. Use tools to create smooth or decorative finishes to plastered surfaces. Repair and restore damaged plasterwork, including cracks, holes, and other surface defects. Measure and cut plasterboard and attach to walls and ceilings using adhesives or mechanical fixings. Install decorative mouldings and cornices, when required. Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster, cleaning, and applying bonding materials. Mix plastering compounds manually or using mixing equipment. Work efficiently to project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Liaise with managers and team members to ensure work is carried out to specification.
