Estheticians must take proactive ownership of their shifts—covering or adjusting them as needed—so clients always receive the service they expect. This standard ensures reliability and demonstrates respect for both clients and team members. Glowbar Estheticians combine technical expertise, hospitality, and education to deliver consistent, results-driven treatments that inspire client loyalty and support membership growth.
