We are looking for an experienced driver to join our fleet. *All hires must be authorized to work in the United States and will be subject to a BACKGROUND CHECK and MVR CHECK in order to be approved to drive one of our vehicles. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Make daily deliveries to schools: - Load up vehicle in a careful & timely manner - Deliver correct items to locations in a friendly manner - Pick up the correct delivery bags and boxes - Do a 4-6 hour route in Manhattan or Brooklyn/Queens - Hours are dependent on the route you are assigned. Looking for anyone who can drive box trucks across the country. CDL is not required as the loads will be under 10k lbs. Preferably looking for drivers who do not mind working weekends also. Plenty of overtime offered. Paying $20/hr along with bonuses for on time delivery.

Performing roadside vehicle diagnostics. Performing minor repairs. Jump-starting vehicles, changing tires and reconnecting vehicle parts. Suggesting a course of action. We at Melba’s are looking for an experienced driver. We provide the vehicle. Duties include but are not limited to: - Delivering various items both to the restaurant and off site catering events. - Bringing back the items from catering back to the designated area. - Parking the vehicle in the appropriate space we provide. - Labeling the items dropped off at the restaurant, such as cakes and pies.
