Handyman

Large Bronx landlord is looking for an individual to do several little daily tasks. Must have drivers license and own car. Daily Car Allowance will be provided. Duties will included: minor plumbing, paint and plaster work, changing of doors/ locks . Overall handy person. This position will translate to a superintendent job with housing accommodations included after 4-6 months. $20 per hr plus $25 daily car allowance.

1. General Repairs: Fixing doors, windows, drywall, and basic structural repairs. Plumbing: Repairing leaks, installing faucets, unclogging drains, or replacing toilets. Electrical Work: Changing light fixtures, installing outlets, or replacing switches. Painting and Decorating: Interior and exterior painting, wallpapering, and minor cosmetic improvements. Carpentry: Building or fixing furniture, shelves, cabinets, and other woodwork. Appliance Installation: Setting up kitchen appliances, washers, dryers, etc. Landscaping: Yard work such as mowing, hedge trimming, or small garden projects. Assembly: Putting together furniture, equipment, or playground sets.
