Large Bronx landlord is looking for an individual to do several little daily tasks.
Must have drivers license and own car. Daily Car Allowance will be provided.
Duties will included: minor plumbing, paint and plaster work, changing of doors/ locks . Overall handy person.
This position will translate to a superintendent job with housing accommodations included after 4-6 months.
$20 per hr plus $25 daily car allowance.
